The Antarctic Treaty Summit: Science-Policy Interactions in International Governance will be convened at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC from November 30 – December 3, 2009 (see the agenda). The venue for the plenary presentations and panel discussions from 30 November through 2 December will be at the National Museum of Natural History in the Baird Auditorium.  The golden anniversary gala on 1 December 2009 will be held at the National Air and Space Museum.  The workshops and luncheon dialogue on 3 December 2009 will be convened at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Washington, DC.
